COVID19 EXCEPTIONAL CANCELLATION POLICY
As a valued guest of Tangla Hotel Brussels, we appreciate the trust you place in us.
Recognising the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and well-being of our guests and employees. With that in mind, we wanted to keep you informed on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak :
We know that flexibility is what our guests are expecting from us.
Consequently we are waiving cancelation fees for existing and new bookings for stays between 16/03/2020 and 30/04/2020, that were made directly with our reservation’s department or our website. We continue to monitor the situation and will be keeping this policy under review.
Regarding our Groups & Meeting bookings, we will refer to the signed contract terms with the additional option of being able to postpone the event to a later date within 31/08/2020. You may contact our event designers to evaluate your different personalized options as we truly value your business with us.
Also, do not hesitate to contact your agencies directly regarding the latest cancelation policy on bookings made through a travel agent or online booking platform such as Booking com or Expedia. Tangla Hotel Brussels will align with their policies and accordingly with the different travel bans issued.
For bookings beyond 30/04/2020, please be advised that flexibility is already built into our rates and packages. Our “Best Available Rate” allows you to amend or cancel your booking as necessary up to one day prior to arrival before 4 pm. Changing the date on any reservations may result in different pricing, but there is no fee for making changes.
